One deck is required per player. If you’re playing with a friend, we recommend a 2-Player Pack or two separate decks/packs.
Red and Blue decks are both balanced and competitive, but feature different leader cards and strategic strengths. You can choose based on your preferred playstyle or collect both.
The Blue Deck is more GP and diplomatic focused, whereas the Red Deck has more focused towards Military actions.
Each booster pack contains 18 randomized cards split between Leader Cards, Random Event Cards, Common, Uncommon, and Rare Policy and Asset Cards. They’re meant to expand your strategy and customize your deck over time.
Summit is not a pay-to-win game. Every player starts on equal footing with a full deck. Boosters enhance variety, but they’re not required to compete. Strategy and timing win games — not wallet size. Rules are also set in place to prevent the abuse of any one card or strategy.
A Starter Deck includes 54 prebuilt cards (Red or Blue), or 54 random cards — competitive and ready to play.
A Starter Pack includes the same 54-card deck plus a dice and small rulebook. It’s a complete entry point if you’re new and want everything in one package.

Yes — Summit is built to grow. We’re already planning future expansions, leader sets, and tournament-ready content. Early players will help shape what comes next.
Summit was designed to be learnable in one session, but deep enough to master over time. The starter decks and rulebook walk you through the fundamentals. If you’ve played games like Risk, Civ, Magic, or Axis & Allies, you’ll feel right at home, but if not Summit is a great introduction to strategy games.
You don’t need a deep background in strategy games to enjoy Summit.
The rulebook walks you through every step, and Starter Decks are designed for immediate play. You’ll be making smart plays and forming alliances in your very first session.
We also offer a breakdown of turn structure, card types, and advanced strategy at: Rulebook Page.
Summit is different:
It’s not about memorizing metas or stacking rarities.
You aren’t locked into pay-to-win deckbuilding.
It blends the political depth of Risk or Civ with the structure of a card game.
If you’re looking for a fresh challenge that values strategy, diplomacy, and interaction, Summit will give you something other games don’t.
We’ve worked hard to price Summit below market for its category.
Starter Packs give you everything you need — a full deck, dice, and rulebook — with no forced upsells.
You can be fully ready to play for less than most collectible card game starter kits, and the game doesn’t punish you for not buying more.
Summit was designed for 2 to 4 players, and our Starter Decks + 2-Player Packs make it easy to onboard new players fast.
The rulebook includes tips for teaching new players, and we host online game matches through our Discord.
Even one other person is enough to unlock the full gameplay experience. You can join our Discord here: Discord Page.
Summit isn’t just a flash product — it’s a growing world.
We’ve spent over two years building this game system to last. We’re already working on expansion content, tournament formats, and community support — and our early players are helping shape the future.
By joining now, you’re not just buying a product — you’re becoming part of its foundation.
Not at all.
Every product is fully competitive out of the box.
Booster Packs are for variety and strategic options — not power creep. They’re balanced and designed to support tactical depth, not gatekeeping.
Summit is built to grow.
Future expansions, thematic decks, competitive tournament kits, and more are already in development.
We’re here for the long haul — and the players who start now will help decide what comes next.
If you’ve ever enjoyed Civ, Risk, Axis & Allies, or Magic — Summit blends those worlds in a unique way.
You don’t need to be a TCG pro or a war gamer to enjoy it — just someone who likes smart decisions, surprises, and outwitting opponents.
If you try it and don’t love it, we welcome feedback and are constantly improving for our community.
Not at all.
Every card in Summit — from Leaders to Random Events — ties into a larger world of fictional geopolitics, ideology, and national identities.
Leaders have their own backgrounds. Policies reflect real-world systems. Random Events introduce political chaos, climate disasters, and uprisings.
Summit isn’t just mechanics — it’s a playable global drama where you write the outcome.
We didn’t launch on Kickstarter for a reason.
Summit is already complete, printed, and available. This isn’t a concept — it’s a finished system, built with care and tested over two years.
We’ve structured Summit to be sustainable — not hype-driven. No unnecessary stretch goals, no overpromises. Just a fully playable game with a roadmap for growth.
Each player starts with 8 cards in hand. You draw one card at the beginning of each turn — except your first turn.
There are four types of cards in Summit:
Leader Cards – Define your nation’s identity and strategy.
Asset Cards – Represent economic, military, or structural development.
Policy Cards – Influence the world politically, economically, or militarily.
Random Event Cards – Unpredictable global events that can shift the balance of power.
Each type of card has different classes, subclasses, or types. You can learn more on our Rulebook page: Rulebook Page.
Yes. While Starter Decks are competitive out of the box, Summit is fully deck-customizable. You can craft your own nation by combining leaders, assets, policies, and events to fit your strategy and beliefs.
You draw one card at the beginning of your turn — except on your very first turn.
GP (Government Point) is the currency of Summit. You spend GP to play most cards, and you generate GP passively through your assets, policies, and world conditions. More GP doesn't always mean better. Investing your GP into Assets and Policies can pay off further down the game.
Military Asset Cards have Offensive (O) and Defensive (D) scores. Battles involve dice rolls plus efficiencies/inefficiencies and unique abilities. Strategic timing and card synergy determine outcomes — not brute force alone.
Destroyed cards go to the discard pile unless otherwise stated. Some cards allow recovery or reuse under specific conditions.
Alliances are player-driven. You can negotiate, trade cards or GP, or coordinate war. But Summit has no formal enforcement system — betrayal is legal. Trust wisely. Certain cards provide bonuses for being in alliances or conducting trade, but cards are never required to do them.
Leaders can be attacked through policies or removed from random events. These can have major impacts on your countries efficiency. Certain Asset Cards or Policy Cards can provide protection against attacks.
Absolutely. Economic expansion, diplomatic manipulation, and policy control are all viable paths to power. War is just one tool — not a requirement.
Summit can be played with a custom objectives. For casual or tournament formats, rulebook guidelines apply — but Summit is adaptable by design. Feel free to try your own set of rules and win conditions.
